My husband and I had dinner here tonight. We have never had Filipino food before and it exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing. We ordered (and ate) far too much and not a bite was disappointing. Service was very friendly and dinner was good value for the amount we ordered. We can’t wait to go back to try other dishes (next time we will leave room for dessert).
We are visiting toowoomba and we went for a walk to see what was open. Spotted this new restaurant. We had never tried Filipino food before so was excited. We had the karan chicken small size. This crispy moist chicken was one of the best fried chicken I have ever had was full of flavour and well balanced. IF YOU LOVE FRIED CHICKEN ITS A MUST TRY!
We also had a beef stew it was full of flavour the sock was well balanced could feel the garlic the beef it had green beans and cabbage with some corn. Was amazing can’t wait to go back.
Filipino food always has a special brightness about it - this place is no exception. The online ordering is simple and faultless, and their estimated wait times are generally spot on.
I normally order takeaway for work lunches, and they've always been ready when I collect and handed over with a smile.
My only constructive criticism is to perhaps incorporate more offal based dishes - your sisig is amazing, perhaps a dinuguan could make it on the menu one day?

Staff would benefit from some training. We weren't told which items weren't available until we ordered and the interactions were a bit awkward and uncomfortable.

Ranging from Filipino-based breakfast on weekends to Kamayan catering, Raphael is highly capable of providing both services in a spectacular manner and is definitely a must try for people that are looking to extend their palates with Southeast Asian cuisine.
Otherwise, you can always just go there for affordable lunch bowls which is almost too good for its price point.

Customer service and wait times are relatively lacklustre on a given time, but the food does make up for it.
Arrives around 11:30am on a Friday. Staff waited patiently as we took our time to look through the menu, decided to order the Kabayan course that can feed 6 pax. Waiting time around 20mins as informed. We were then served a food spread and it gave us happy faces and happy tummy as the taste & portion were up to par. The fried chicken and knuckle were the bombssss, it's so crispy & flavourful! Probably could even serve up to 8 pax as we doggybagged some leftovers to take home. Restaurant was full house at 12pm, suggest to come early if you don't like to wait. Would surely come back to try other dishes! Thanksss
Booked for 12 for a birthday party and arrived to a beautiful table with doilies and flowers. Ordered dishes for the group to share. Food arrived quickly, fresh cooked and was all devoured which means the toughest critics - the kids - loved it!
Staff had friendly smiles and, provided candles and even played Happy birthday song. Fantastic and much appreciated.
Price was extremely reasonable.
